Course Description
This course provides a foundation for the role of transportation and logistics in meeting the needs of the customer as well as the objectives of the company. Students will analyze transportation methods and systems and discuss the role of cost vs. customer service. Regulatory and environmental impacts as well as specific requirements for moving goods between countries will be emphasized.
